Board of Directors

The composition of the Board of Directors reflects the diversity of the membership, both in terms of professional and geographical background. The responsibilities of the Board include the development of guidelines and general policy of ICAA, the approval of reports of activities and of budget and accounts.

The current Board was elected during the 40th session of the General Assembly in Edinburgh, Scotland, in September 2006.
